The closeness to Mont Louis fortified town and the walks in the area. The spaciousness of the accommodation and the wonderful views from our balcony.

Perfect service, I appreciated all about the hotel.
The place was newly remodelled and rooms here were updated and new-fashioned. The restaurant was good for breakfast, I tried hot dishes. Central heating, a multi-channel television, and a writing desk worked well and the bed was big. The stay was absolutely pleasant.

Friendly staff. Good food.
Bedroom had small pieces of broken glass on carpet so it could not have been cleaned properly. Bedcovers and pillow had smell of cigarette smoke.

I loved the mountains. We were there in summer though, would love to see the place in winter. This hotel is the only place in the area that could had a open restaurant. We drove around looking for a cheaper place to eat, but the hotel was the only open place.

Very rude staff, poor restaurant

The views from the dining room and the closeness to a major historical site
Parking difficult on edge of busy main road. Attitude of staff the least welcoming of all six hotels booked through you. Poor and grumpy service in restaurant and food of lower standard for price than at other hotels and restaurants visited.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was modern, quiet, and clean, with a spacious open-area bathroom. The mountain views from the room were stunning. The service at the reception, dining room, and bar was flawless. The seating area around the bar had lovely mountain views and provided a great place to relax and enjoy reasonably priced drinks. The swimming area in the adjoining building was wonderful, with a large warm pool, water jets, a jacuzzi, and steam rooms. The changing facilities and open lockers were convenient. The hotel's restaurant offered delicious food at a reasonable price, with efficient and friendly staff. The breakfast had a wide range of options, including hot foods like scrambled eggs and sausages, warm pancakes, and a variety of cereals, fresh fruits. The staff was helpful, polite, and always ready to assist.
Can't fault anything about it.

On the main highway, easy to find, convenient for our travels.
Small room. On their web site, the location of the hotel is incorrrect, almost went to the wrong town.

During my business trip to Mont-Louis, our director chose the Et Residence Le Clos Cerdan for our stay. One of the highlights of my experience was the onsite spa. With 10 treatment rooms, it provided a serene and relaxing environment for me to unwind after a long day of meetings. The spa centre also offered a variety of treatments and services, allowing me to pamper myself and rejuvenate my mind and body. I was pleasantly surprised to find a hairdresser's at the property, which made it convenient for me to maintain my professional appearance during my stay. The combination of the spa and hairdresser's enhanced the overall comfort and convenience of the hotel.
Staff unfriendly, and the hotel is a bit tired and in need of a refurb.

The room was absolutely mind-blowing - so modern, quiet, and clean with a jaw-dropping open-area bathroom and separate toilet. The mountain views were super stunning, and the service at reception, dining room, and bar was top-notch. The bar area had a large seating area with lovely views, perfect for relaxing and enjoying sensibly priced drinks. The adjoining building had an incredible indoor swimming pool with water jets, a substantial jacuzzi, and steam rooms. The changing facilities and open lockers were great. The popular restaurant served good food at a reasonable price, and the staff were efficient, friendly, and spaced out the guests sensibly. The breakfast buffet had an enormous range of options - hot food like scrambled eggs and sausages, warm pancakes with various syrups, and a cold buffet with plenty of cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit, hams. The staff were so helpful and polite, even asking about our plans for the day.
